This inspection is carried out at the beginning of the mass production and is based on the customer's specifications and reference samples. The inspection focuses mainly on the quality of the components and materials used in the production process, but also includes inspection on the quality as well as packing materials and accessories. The inspector will also check the initial production samples prior to mass production if the samples are available. Initial inspection process avoids unnecessary delays and costs to the mass production.
